Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Emerge Church is a small business operator, and therefore exempt from the application of the Australian Privacy Principles. If you reside in the EU and EEA, and provide us with your personal data, this policy will explain how we treat your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
