Heart Sisters is a way for women to be praying for and encouraging each other across Emerge Church. We believe God will use it as a way for deeper connections to be built across our Warner, Redcliffe and Morayfield locations and services. As you pray for your Heart Sister we pray that God grows your heart for them.
How does it work?
Once you register we will give you the name of another woman who has also registered to be praying for. Another lady will be given your name and will be praying for you.
What's the commitment?
It's a commitment to pray for your Heart Sister for one year running August to July.
What else do I have to do?
In addition to praying for your Heart Sister we'd love you to occasionally send a small note or scripture to encourage them either by email or post, or you can place it in the Heart Sister's box which can be found at the Info Desk at our Warner, Redcliffe and Morayfield locations. The idea is that your Heart Sister receives little blessings and encouragements throughout the year.
We'd also encourage you to send your Heart Sister a card or small token gift for her birthday to help bless her on her special day.
Anything Else?
We have a celebration once a year with a Christmas in July party where you can meet your Heart Sister in person. It's always a great time to meet the lady who you've been praying for and for you to meet the lady who has been praying for you.
