We are required to report suspected or actual harmful behaviour to under 18s, so if you see or hear of this behaviour (see below) please make a report.
What is Reportable Conduct? Conduct that must be reported under the Act is –
a) a child sexual offence;
b) sexual misconduct
c) ill-treatment of a child
d) significant neglect of a child
e) physical violence committed in relation to, or in the presence of, a child
f) behaviour that causes significant emotional or psychological harm to a child.
